#BEST CHICK FLICK MOVIES EVER MOVIE#
To start with in opinion, my most favorite Chick Flick movie of all time has got to be Angus Thongs And Perfect Snogging. My Top 10 Most Favorite Chick Flick Moviesġ. So whether your having a girly night in with the girls, or just fancy watching a good old chick flick then keep on reading below to see what some of my best-loved ones are and, a brief description in my own words of what they are about. To kick off 'My Top 10 Movie Blog Series' I am going to be telling you about my 10 most favorite chick flicks of all time. Therefore, I decided that I am going to create a blog series of where I tell and describe to you my top 10 favorite films from different genres and categories. This one is perfect for when you just wanna be entertained.I absolutely love movies, and I'm a total film fanatic. But, the whole “adulting” thing isn’t without its difficulties either. In the 1997 epic romance-disaster film Titanic, Jack Dawson (Leonardo DiCaprio), a penniless artist, and Rose Dewitt-Bukater (Kate Winslet), a young upper-class woman, meet aboard the ill-fated R.M.S. Naturally, hilarity ensues and Jenna soon finds out that there are definitely perks to being an adult. Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet, Billy Zane.

This light-hearted romp of a chick-flick sees one of those wishes come true when teenager Jenna finds herself to be transformed into a full-grown adult overnight.

When you were a kid, how many times did you wish you were an adult? You’d get to stay up late, do whatever you want, and nobody could tell you what to do. This one is also laugh-out-loud funny, which never hurts in our book. Whether you were ever a “new girl” in school or not like Cady, things could get pretty brutal. Few movies were able to quite so accurately capture, and yet go completely over the top portraying, high school drama and politics like this one did. A lot.ĭefinitely another “well, duh!” shout out on our list, but how could we not include this iconic chick-flick? You’re likely still quoting this movie to this day.

This is a real emotional roller-coaster of a movie that will have you laughing and crying. Siddalee then gets kidnapped by her mother, and a group of the sassy friends her mom grew up with who called themselves the Ya-Ya’s. When her mother gets wind of the interview, it doesn’t sit so well. When Siddalee Walker, a famous playwright, is interviewed by a magazine, she doesn’t hold back when it comes to what she considers the horrors of her childhood. It has a powerhouse cast with the likes of Sandra Bullock, Ashley Judd, and Maggie Smith to name a few. This excellent chick-flick doesn’t really get talked about enough. It’s a nice twist on the usual cliches you find in most movies in the genre. She goes to some pretty extreme and hilarious lengths to put off Matthew McConaughey. Instead of trying to think of all the usual ways to keep a man, she is trying to think of ways to break things off for a piece she’s writing. Kate Hudson is a writer who is on a mission. This movie is big on laughs and well worth a watch. If you already have, it’s probably time for a re-watch. Sure, it may start out with the typical tropes of a poor boy who falls in love with a rich girl with disapproving parents, but it is still a pretty epic story. If you manged to keep a dry eye the entire time while watching this film, you truly deserve some sort of award. This movie was pretty much the mother of all modern day chick-flicks. We might as well go ahead and get this one in early.
